I stayed here for 2 nights and had dinner at the grill restaurant. It was great to have a place to store my belongings and control the room temperature. the service was excellent, and I left totally satisfied. the staff members were all very kind 

There is not one thing which stands out as being the "best" during our stay at the Reubens, from the friendly staff excellent personal customer service, beautiful clean luxurious room. One word to sum up our stay the staff

The mews view from the window is exceptional. Its location is great with public parking nearby.- All in all, they offer good service.Rubens At The Palace in London offers exceptional views of the mews from the rooms, a great location with nearby public parking, 

The hotel was beautiful and comfortable. The staff were quite friendly and offered to help above and behind the standard. The location was amazing and central. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Great location – easy to get around using a taxi or metro 🚕🚇. The room comes with storage space and climate control, which is a nice touch. The bed is super comfy and will give you a good 

staff brought biscuits to our room after we complained there was no biscuits with the tea complimentary

Quiet, fairly luxurious environment, still buzzling with people. The room was tasteful and lovely. The staff was very friendly and serviceminded.

Magnificent location near Royal Mews. Found in the downtown area close enough to Buckingham Palace, Westminster, the tube, the b/b restaurant, and the Apollo Victoria and Victoria Palace Theatre.

nice room with free internet.its worth adding breakfast as great choice of cooked or cold food.

The building was beautiful and the location superb. Staff were great & it was very comfortable.
